A very fun evening was spent watching Kolten pitch and play at his baseball game. He did an awesome job - pitching and hitting and was mostly responsbile for his team winning! Yeah Kolten!

The next fun event which was spread out over three days was the annual "Shop Hop" that I go to with my friend Norda. We started out the first day in Spanish Fork and worked our way north to Salt Lake hitting 10 different quilt shops on the first day. Thursday was a bit less hectic of a day as we did the northern route, hitting shops in Logan, Providence, Brigham City, Roy, and Clearfield. This day included stopping in Corrinne for Soccer Star's piano lesson, and of course having lunch at Maddox. We ended the shop hop on Friday going to stores in Kaysville and Bountiful. It is fun to go to each shop and see the new quilts and ideas. We always spend too much on projects we will probably never finish - but the fabric and pattern collecting is too tempting to pass up! Each year I resolve to do more quilt projects - hopefully this will be the year I can work on that resolution.
